Tim McElwee

Chairman, CEO, and Founder

Tim is an industry veteran with over 20 years of experience building and growing information technology companies. Tim has held multiple senior executive positions including Chairman of Proficio, a Managed Security Service Provider and was the former CEO of Imperito Networks, the first cloud-based VPN software company. He was also VP of Worldwide Sales and Service for both Phoenix Technologies (Nasdaq PTEC) and Ramp Networks (acquired by Nokia). Tim has co-authored multiple patents and has a proven track record of launching new companies, building highly successful global organizations, and creating shareholder value.

Hyder Rabbani

Chief Operating Officer

Hyder joined ZitoVault in 2017 as Chief Operating Officer, where he oversees daily operations of the company and the work of all functional teams including Engineering, Product Management, Marketing, Sales, Finance and Investor Relations. He has extensive industry experience across several sectors. Prior to ZitoVault, Hyder worked with multiple companies driving capital fundraising, strategic partnerships, sales channel strategy and revenue growth. Hyder has decades of experience in senior executive roles including Senior Vice President and General Manager for North America at CyberLink, a Taiwan-listed digital media software company. Previously, as SVP of Sales at Nero and DivX, he built outstanding sales and business development organizations. Hyder was Director of Sales in Intel’s Bluetooth and Consumer Products Group. He is a Board Advisor at an enterprise software company and a member of the Board of Directors at a mid-market M&A firm.

Antonio Challita

Director of Product Management

Prior to joining ZitoVault, Antonio served as a Product Manager at Qualcomm focusing on chipset and mobile security. He led cross-functional teams to commercialize solutions that provide end-to-end protection of premium video content from Hollywood studios, that generated 8-figures in annual revenues. Previously, Antonio was part of the Technical Marketing team at Motorola, where he helped define enterprise security and encryption solutions for wireless carriers. He holds a Masters of Science in Information Networking from Carnegie Mellon University, and an undergraduate degree in Computer & Communications Engineering.

Gang Ding

Director of Engineering

Gang is a seasoned engineering leader with over 21 years of experience in the computer and network security industry. He specializes in system design, product development, networking, the Internet of Things and cloud architecture. Prior to joining ZitoVault, Gang was a member of development teams at Mitsubishi Electric Research Laboratories. Intel IT Research, Olympus R & D and Qualcomm Research. He is the author or co-author of over 50 U.S. Patents. Gang earned a PhD in Electrical Engineering and Computer Science from Purdue University, and a BS in Systems and Control from Tsinghua University, China.

Alex Schutte

Business Development Manager

Alex serves as ZitoVault Software’s business development manager. In this role he is responsible for market research, competitive analysis, customer development, partner development, channel strategy and alliances. Prior to joining ZitoVault, Alex worked in business development at Proficio, a Next-Generation Managed Security Service Provider (MSSP) providing 24×7 security monitoring and advanced data breach prevention services to mid to large-sized enterprises. Alex earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing and Economics from Sonoma State University.
